An overseas customer visited our facility this week to inspect a batch of structural steel sections before shipment. The visit covered dimensional checks, surface quality, packaging, and loading readiness.
What We Walked Through
During the one-day visit, the customer reviewed the H-beam order from raw stock through final staging. Our team provided mill certificates, dimensional reports, and answered technical questions on grade, tolerance, and end-use applications.
- On-site dimensional verification of flange width, web thickness, and length
- Surface inspection for rust, scale, and edge defects
- Review of mill test certificates and packing list
- Witness of truck loading and bundling method
The customer confirmed the cargo met the project requirements and approved the shipment schedule.
