Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stocked sizes the MOQ is typically 5 MT; smaller trial orders and mixed containers can be discussed. Custom grades, widths or colors may require a higher minimum — we will confirm it together with the quotation.
Which payment and shipping terms do you accept?
We usually work with T/T (deposit + balance against B/L copy) or L/C at sight. Shipping terms available are FOB, CFR and CIF; we can quote to your nearest port, including Jebel Ali, Dammam, Jeddah and other Middle East destinations.
Can you provide mill certificates and third-party inspection?
Yes. Every shipment is delivered with EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates, and we hold ISO9001, ISO14001 and EU CE certification. SGS, BV or other third-party inspection before shipment is welcome and can be arranged on request.
How long is the delivery time?
Stock items are normally ready for shipment within 7–15 days after the deposit. Made-to-order grades, special coatings or custom slitting usually take 20–35 days. The exact lead time is always stated in our quotation.
Can I visit the factory or request samples?
Factory visits in Henan are welcome by appointment — please message us a few days in advance so we can arrange the schedule. Samples of common grades can be provided; courier cost is usually borne by the buyer and deductible from the first order.
